How It Works at the Yard

When you come in for a part, you start at the office and we'll walk you out to the vehicle. From there, you've got two options:

Pull It Yourself

Bring your tools, pull the part you need, and save. You get to inspect everything hands-on before you buy.

We Pull It for You

Don't want to get your hands dirty? Our guys can pull the part for a small fee — the amount is up to you. No set price, just whatever you feel is fair for the work.

Exchange & Return Policy

We stand behind what we sell. If a part doesn't work out, here's how we handle it:

Exchanges & store credit on most parts. If something isn't right, we'll get you taken care of.
Motors & transmissions — if we sell you a bad one, we replace it. Period.
Electronics are sold as-is — due to the nature of electrical components, we can't offer exchanges on those.
Store credit, not cash refunds — we don't do money-back returns, but your credit is good for anything in the yard.

We're a family business and we treat people right. If there's ever an issue, come talk to us — we'll work something out.
