The moment you say yes, we dispatch your pickup to one of our drivers. He calls you right away to confirm the location and arrange a time that works with your schedule. No waiting around — we work around you, not the other way around.

Driver Arrives with the Flatbed

Our driver shows up at the agreed time with a flatbed and cash in hand. He'll take a quick look at the vehicle to confirm it matches the description you gave us. Our drivers are friendly, professional, and they pay exactly what you were quoted — as long as the car is what you described.

Paperwork

Quick Paperwork & Sign-Off

If you have the title, hand it over and sign. If you have an ID but no title, the driver will have you fill out a Bill of Sale right there — he carries the forms. Either way, it takes about 2 minutes.

The driver pays you and loads the car onto the flatbed. Your payment options: Cash, Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo — whatever works best for you. The whole thing typically takes 15–20 minutes from arrival to driving away.

Our driver picks up the car and we pay you via Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo — your choice

This option requires a signed title left with the vehicle. If you don't have a title, you'll need to be present for the Bill of Sale.

If you have the title, bring it. If not, a valid photo ID works — the driver will have you fill out a Bill of Sale.

If you have the keys, hand them over. No key? That's okay for titled vehicles — the flatbed loads regardless.

Make sure the flatbed can reach the vehicle. Move other cars if needed, open gates, clear any obstacles. The easier the access, the faster the pickup.

Clean out your stuff before we arrive. Check the glove box, trunk, under the seats. Once the car is on the flatbed, it's ours.

Is the towing really free?

Yes. 100% free. We never charge for towing — it's included with every junk car purchase. There are no hidden fees, no deductions from your quote, nothing. The price we quote you is the price you get.

How fast can you pick up my car?

Most pickups happen the same day you call — typically within 2–3 hours. Our driver calls you immediately after we dispatch him to arrange a time that works for both of you. In rare cases during peak times, it might be next morning.

What if the car doesn't start or has flat tires?

Doesn't matter. Our flatbed loads cars that don't run, don't start, have flat tires, missing wheels, no engine — whatever. That's the whole point. We deal with this every day.

Will I get the exact price you quoted?

Yes — as long as the vehicle matches the description you gave us on the phone. If you said it has an engine and it doesn't, or you said it's complete and it's stripped, the price might change. Be honest when you call and the quote is locked in.

Can I leave the car and not be there for pickup?

Yes, if you have a title. Leave the signed title with the vehicle and let us know where to find it. We'll pick up the car and pay you via Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo — your choice. If you don't have a title, you'll need to be present to sign the Bill of Sale.
